[Tarragon Mayonnaise]

Ingredients
- Makes 1 1/2 cups
- 10.7 tablespoons mayonnaise (regular or low-fat)
- 2.7 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2.7 green onions, chopped
- 2.0 teaspoons drained small capers
- 2.0 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2.0 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1.3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1.3 teaspoons prepared white horseradish
Directions
1. To make mayonnaise |
2. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill.) |
