[Sesame Salmon Fillet]

Ingredients
- 900 grams salmon filet
- 2 tps cider vinegar
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp spicy brown or horseradish mustard
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbs sesame seeds, toasted
- 3 green onions, sliced
Directions
1. Place salmon in a shallow dish. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, |
2. honey, oil, mustard and ginger; pour over salmon. Cover and |
3. refrigerate for 1 hour, turning once. Drain and discard |
4. marinade. |
5. Broil the salmon or grill, covered, over medium-high heat |
6. for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a |
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and onions. |
