1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the beans and cook
2. until crisp/tender, about 90 seconds. Drain the beans well, cool in ice-cold water, and drain well again.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients, except 1 tsp of the sesame seeds, in a bowl. (The beans can be blanched; and the dressing prepared, several hours in advance of serving. Keep both refrigerated until ready to toss together.)
4. Add the beans to the dressing and toss to coat. Let the beans steep in the dressing 20 minutes. Arrange the beans on a platter, sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds and serve.

Notes

To toast the sesame seeds, place them in a non-stick skillet. Set over medium heat and cook, swirling the pan from time to time, until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
