[Pineapple Cheese Ball]

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pineapple crushed, drained well
- 2 cups pecan, or 1
- ¼ cup green pepper chopped, finely chopped
- 2 tsp onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
In a medium bowl, with fork or mixmaster blend cream cheese and cheddar. Add other ingredients and mix well. Shape into a ball. Chill overnight. Roll in nuts before serving. |
