Ingredients

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Separate the stems from the kale leaves and shred into pieces.
3. In large skillet, heat oil over low heat.
4. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes or until soft.
5. Add the sliced kale, saute until crisp-tender.
6. Drain the pasta and add the tomato paste and seasonings.
7. Add beans and kale and mix well.
8. Top with the sliced almonds and serve.
9. This tastes nice with mixed salad and crusty bread.
