[Orange Balsamic dressing]

Ingredients

1 orange, juice of
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 orange peel grated
⅓ cup olive oil
½ tablespoon mustard
? small hit of sugar
½ tsp cumin
pepper

Directions

Whisk together. Adjust to taste. With or without the cumin.
