1. Sauce:
2. Fry together until browned Ground Beef, Onion and Garlic. Drain off excess fat.
3. Stir in Tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste.
4. Add 2 Tbs. parsley, 1 tsp basil and 2 tbs. sugar.
5. Simmer for 1 hr. stirring occasionally.
6. Mix together the cottage cheese, 4 tbs. parsley flakes, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. oregano.
7. Keep some parmesan cheese for the top (use 1/2 cup for mixture and 1/2 for top cup)
8. Layer:

10. Mozzarella Cheese
11. Noodles
12. Cottage Cheese mixture
13. Meat sauce
14. Mozzarella Cheese
15. Noodles
16. Cottage Cheese
17. Noodles
18. 1/2 cup meet sauce + 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
19. Cook uncovered @ 350º for 45 min.
