[Lasanga]

Ingredients
- 900 grams Lean Ground Beef
- 1 med. White Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbs Parsley
- 396 ml Tomato Sauce
- 2 Large Tomatoes, Chopped finely
- 1 small Can Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Basil
- 2 tbs Sugar
- 500 grams Cottage Cheese (soft)
- 4 tbs Parsley Flakes
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 400 grams Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
- 1 tsp Oregeno
- 1 Pkg Ready to Cook Lasanga Noodles
Directions
1. Sauce: |
2. Fry together until browned Ground Beef, Onion and Garlic. Drain off excess fat. |
3. Stir in Tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. |
4. Add 2 Tbs. parsley, 1 tsp basil and 2 tbs. sugar. |
5. Simmer for 1 hr. stirring occasionally. |
6. Mix together the cottage cheese, 4 tbs. parsley flakes, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. oregano. |
7. Keep some parmesan cheese for the top (use 1/2 cup for mixture and 1/2 for top cup) |

10. Mozzarella Cheese |
11. Noodles |
12. Cottage Cheese mixture |
13. Meat sauce |
14. Mozzarella Cheese |
15. Noodles |
16. Cottage Cheese |
17. Noodles |
18. 1/2 cup meet sauce + 1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
19. Cook uncovered @ 350º for 45 min. |
