Directions

1. Almonds: Place slivered almonds in frying pan on low heat. Add one tablespoon sugar and cook until sugar melts and coats the almonds. Let cool.
2. Toss salad ingredients with the dressing. Add the almonds
3. First 6 ingredients make up the dressing. Extra sugar is needed for the almonds.
