Directions

1. Shred all but noodles into long thin strips.
2. Run cold water over noodles. Heat wok, add oil, cook noodles over medium heat until golden brown (both sides).
3. Marinate chicken in salt, sesame seed oil, sugar cornstarch, soya sauce.
4. Stir fry garlic chicken and vegetables. Place noodles on plate, cover with cooked meat and vegetables.
